What is .mf?
A ccTLD only goes live when a manager applies to IANA and the delegation is approved. Until then, Saint Martin uses other domains — usually the ccTLD of the country it's associated with.
.mf FAQ
Can I register a .mf domain?
No. .mf is not delegated, so there is no registry selling names under it.
Why does .mf exist if it isn't used?
Every ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code is eligible to become a ccTLD. IANA lists .mf because the code is assigned to Saint Martin, even though no delegation has happened.
